FCF Panel Design Tool

Note: The FCF Panel Design Tool is replaced by the Easy Panel software and will not be maintained further. We will keep the server running as long as possible.

The Panel Design Tool is an interactive application that supports you with your panel design for conventional flow cytometry.

The tool gives you the possibility to try different marker - dye combinations and get calculated estimates for the produced spillover and spreading for a chosen instrument. A multitude of features and visualization options give you the possibility to start your experimental panel design as best as possible.
