10am - 12pm | Unveiling FlowJo v11, the future of data analysis, including hands-on training
Come and hear about the newest version of FlowJo Software! We'll tour the new immersive workbench and discuss features unique to this version such as the Metadata Manager, Graph Gallery, virtual concatenation, charts, and integrated algorithms.
1pm - 3pm | Image analysis with CellView™ Lens plugin
We will dive into Imaging and data analysis of S8/A8 acquired samples. Here we will use the CellView™ Lens plugin to handle the Imaging derived features, use Dimensionality reduction and clustering and dive deeper to Computational sorting with Hyperfinder algorithm and other machine learning tools to identify morphologically similar populations.
